Cleanse face with warm water only. Leave face wet. Apply evenly over face and neck with fingertips, avoiding eyes and lips. Lie back, relax and enjoy the D-Stress warming effect for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with water. Pat dry. Use weekly.
