COVID-19 Update 20/10/2020
As we head into the Holiday Season and the rise in Covid Cases across the UK there could be delays with deliveries so please be patient.
We are experiencing a large number of orders . We will always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but to ease the pressure on our staff and make sure they can continue to safely work 2 metres apart, we have extended delivery times for most orders . At this time we will try and dispatch orders within 96hours after placement of order (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
Please allow sufficient time for your parcel to get to you .
We must ask you to be patient in these times postal workers and couriers are working hard to deliver every day during this world wide pandemic. Please also understand that the volume for them has increased due to people being on lock down and everyone ordering online.

This has been advised by Royal Mail.
First Class Any Thing Up To 14 days Royal Mail work load has increased by 100% with lots of staff of sick. If you want your order urgently then do not order.
Please only contact us if your parcel has not been delivered after 14 days not before as we are too busy to keep checking when we know they are delayed
This is only a guideline and things are changing everyday but we are monitoring the situation.
We will not refund the postage if the parcel is late . You are welcome to return the goods if they arrive too late but you will need to pay return postage. We will only accept liability if the item is damaged or a mistake has been made.

The delivery of parcels and letters is a way of keeping the country together, your business operating, and helping many people who may not have the option to leave their homes. Royal Mail continues to work hard to collect, process and deliver as much mail and parcels as possible in difficult circumstances. Despite our best endeavours, it is likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduction in service levels due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices.

We are busy getting your orders out and operating on reduced staff please only query non receipt of parcels after 5 days after dispatch which we will glady look into this for you. I know we normally operate on a fast turn around but these are not normal times and we must be thankful that Royal Mail are operating at all.
At Bath and Body Shop we know how important delivery is so we will keep you fully informed by sending you an e-mail when your item has been despatched. We try to despatch all items the next day after placement of the order before 9.00pm. There may be a slight delay at busy times eg Christmas and weekends but you will be informed at all times. If an item is out of stock you will be advised of expected delivery date. The bulk of your order will be sent out to you minus the out of stock item.The out of stock item will then be sent out to you at no extra charge by First Class Royal Mail. Please note that Saturday and Sundays are not working days so all orders placed on a Friday do not go out untill Monday. Please note that we do not accept any liability whatsoever for any delay in delivery caused by third parties that we may use to deliver your order.
If any goods are returned as you have not been in to take delivery you will be liable for the original postage fee and any charges that are incurred for the parcel to be returned.
Postage & Packing
We charge postage and packing by the weight so the more you order the cheaper it will be. Please note the charge is for Postage & Packing (this includes materials to pack your parcel)
Royal Mail First Class Post
This is not a Next Day Guaranteed Service Royal mail aim to deliver First Class the next working day after postage but can take 2-3 days. All our parcels are sent Recorded Signed for Service
UK Order weight up to 200gm = £2.75
UK Order weight up to 2000gm = £5.50
UK Order weight 2000gm and above £6.99
In case of very large orders we may have to contact you for additional postage fees
If a parcel has gone missing due to incorrect address being submitted we will not accept liability for this it is down to the customer to put the correct information so please check your order confirmations and let us know if there is an error
Royal Mail EU Signed
Please note orders to the EU can take 10days delivery and are posted via Royal Mail Air Mail International Signed Service or if the parcel contains a Fragrance Mist this will be shipped by courier. If any goods are returned you will be liable for all returned postage costs
Orders over 2kilos will be shipped via Courier.
EU Order weight up to 750gm = £13.00
EU Order weight up to 1000gm = £16.00
EU Order weight up to 2000gm = £22.00
EU Order Weight up to 3000gm = £25.00
EU Order Weight up to 4000gn = £35.00
EU Order Weight up to 6000gm = £45.00
For large orders over 6kilo if we have to ship via courier addittional shipping charges may apple

We do hope you will be delighted with your purchases. If for any reason your are not pleased with your purchase, you may return the goods, unused and in their original packaging, within 15 working days from receipt back to us. Our Customer Service Team will process your return by offering you an exchange if it is damaged or a refund.All returns must be unopened and in their original packaging,for Health & Safety Reasons we can not exchange items that have been opened. All postage costs (sending and returning)will be your responsibility we will only accept liability for a refund of postage if it is our mistake or the product is damaged. If there is a problem with your order it must be reported on receipt of your parcel . We will not accept any claims to damages or problems 24 hours after receipt.
If returning goods please obtain a proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility untill they are returned back to us.
Once we receive the goods in their original condition, any payments made by you for your purchase will be refunded within 30 working days or, where applicable, replacement goods if damaged will be despatched to you as soon as possible with no further costs for you.
Cancellation of Order
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Please note if orders are cancelled and have been despatched you will need to return them please see our return policy. If they have been despatched you will not be refunded the postage costs
