Despatch
At Bath and Body Shop we know how important delivery is so we will keep you fully informed by sending you an e-mail when your item has been despatched. We try to despatch all items the next day after placement of the order before 9.00pm. There may be a slight delay at busy times eg Chritmas but you will be informed at all times. If an item is out of stock you will be advised of expected delivery date. The bulk of your order will be sent out to you minus the out of stock item.The out of stock item will then be sent out to you at no extra charge by First Class Royal Mail. Please note that Saturday and Sundays are not working days so all orders placed on a Friday do not go out untill Monday. Please note that we do not accept any liability whatsoever for any delay in delivery caused by third parties that we may use to deliver your order.

We charge postage and packing by the weight so the more you order the cheaper it will be. Please note the charge is for Postage & Packing (this includes materials to pack your parcel)

UK Order weight 100gm = £1.50
UK Order weight 200gm = £2.25
UK Order weight 500gm = £2.95
UKOrder weight 750gm = £3.50
UK Order weight 1000gm = £3.95
UK Order weight 1250gm = £4.95
UK Order weight 1500gm = £5.50
UK Order weight above 1500gn no upper weight limit £5.75 will be sent via Courier and a signature will be required.
We Now Ship To The European Union Please Choose EU Shipping At Checkout. Please note orders to the EU can take 10-14days delivery and are posted via Royal Mail Air Mail. If your parcel is over 2kilos this will be shipped via Courier.

Returns
We do hope you will be delighted with your purchases. If for any reason your are not pleased with your purchase, you may return the goods, unused and in their original packaging, within 15 working days from receipt back to us. Please send back to:E2E Retail Ltd,13 Ensign Business Centre,westwood Way,Coventry,CV4 8JA. Our Customer Service Team will process your return by offering you an exchange or a refund.All returns must be unopened and in their original packaging,for Health & Saftety Reasons we can not exchange items that have been opened. All postage costs (sending and returning)will be your responsibility we will only accept liability for a refund of postage if it is our mistake or the product is damaged.
If returning goods please obtain a proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility untill they are returned back to us.
Once we receive the goods in their original condition, any payments made by you for your purchase will be refunded within 30 working days or, where applicable, replacement goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible with no further costs for you.
Cancellation of Order
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Please note if orders are cancelled and have been despatched you will need to return them please see our return policy. If they have been despatched you will not be refunded the postage costs
